The "BEM" software
Please follow the instruction to download and install the software "BEM" from our website after installation of the cooler.
Please set the "BEM" software to start automatically after the installation. Software can be hided in the background.
In this way, the CPU temperature can be displayed on the cooler when the PC is turned on.
Please note that the CPU cooler temperature display function will be abnormal if the running software is not installed.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
